There are tons of gaming monitor available right now in different price range that will easily suit the budget needs of those who play games mainly on PC. Common gaming monitor right now that is almost affordable to anyone especially if they are looking for a high refresh rate are BenQ’s XL2411Z, AOC’s G2460PF, Viewsonic’s XG2401 and even Asus has its own inthe form of VG248QE. All these are in 1080p resolution and cost for about 13,000 to 16,000 pesos. If you’re looking for a larger resolution with higher refresh rate, that’s another story. But what if, we have one with price that sits in the middle?

Meet the HKC MG27G1. He’s relatively new in the market  but it already has some nice specs to show off:

  • 27″ Widescreen Display
  • Native 2560×1440 resolution
  • 144hz refresh rate
  • 1800r cruvature
  • Borderless Frame
  • VA Panel
  • Displayprt, HDMI and DVI
  • Supports AMD Freesync

It has an introductory price of P 18,000.00. That’s already half the price of an Asus RoG PG278Q. Per initial talks with the retailer, it will be out in the market this coming 2nd or 3rd week of January. Once it has been released, we will provide update on the final specs and form of the MG27G1.
