A new budget build is on the horizon as AMD is set to launch AMD Ryzen 3 and 5 with Vega Graphics as its iGPU (Integrated GPU) on February 12, 2018. Both Ryzen 3 and 5 are expected to hit at sub $200 or P 10,000.00 price market.

AMD Ryzen 3 2200G is set at having 4 cores and 4 threads with base clock of 3.5Ghz, turbo clock at 3.7Ghz with suggested retail price of $99 or P 4,950.00. As for the AMD Ryzen 5 2400G, it has a base clock of 3.6Ghz , turbo clock at 3.9Ghz with price at $169 or P 8,450.00.

Should the cryptocurrency craze continues to horde the dedicated graphic cards for mining purposes, the AMD Ryzen 3 and 5 can be a temporary solution for your gaming needs and also for productivity. The Radeon Vega 11 integrated graphics is expected to perform and be a good alternative to dedicated GPU such as the Radeon’s RX 550 and Nvidia’s GT 1030.
